Personal Data Processing Policy

Personal Data Operator: IE Burlaka Andrey Vadimovich, INN 665897286515 (hereinafter — the "Operator"). This Policy describes the processing of personal data of users of the "Trely Guide" service in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1. What data is processed

• email address;
• payment identifier and the last 4 digits of the card (the Operator does not store full card details — these are processed by the payment provider);
• technical service-usage data (logs, cookies).

2. Processing purposes

• providing access to the Service and its features;
• subscribing, renewing, processing payments and refunds;
• sending charge notifications and service messages;
• user support.

3. Legal basis and transfer

Processing is carried out on the basis of the User's consent given upon subscribing. For payment processing, data is transferred to payment providers (JSC "TBank", Stripe). Data is not transferred to any other third parties, except as required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored for the duration of the subscription and for the periods established by law. The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the data.

5. User rights

The User has the right to request information about the processing of their data, its correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by contacting us via the details below. Withdrawal of consent results in termination of the service.
