Consent to Recurring Payments and Storage of Card Details

Archived document. Since 27.07.2026 Trely Guide is sold as a one-time payment with perpetual access — there are no subscriptions or automatic charges. This agreement is kept only for subscriptions taken out earlier: charges under them have stopped and access remains until the end of the paid period. Current terms are in the Public Offer.

By subscribing to the "Trely Guide" Service, the User (cardholder) grants the following consent to Individual Entrepreneur Burlaka Andrey Vadimovich (INN 665897286515) and the servicing bank.

1. Storage of card details

Bank card details are stored by the payment provider (JSC "TBank" / Stripe) in a secure form compliant with the PCI DSS standard. The Service Provider does not store the full card number or CVC.
Only the last 4 digits of the card number (e.g. •• 1234) and expiry date are used to identify the saved card.

2. How the stored data is used

Stored card details are used solely for the automatic charge of the "Trely Guide" subscription fee — 810 ₽ (for "MIR" cards) or $9.99 (for Visa/Mastercard) — once a month. The data is not transferred to third parties and is not used for any other purpose.

3. Non-acceptance debiting

The charge is made automatically, without re-entering card details and without SMS-code confirmation, on the date the paid period ends, until the User cancels the subscription.

4. Change notifications

The User is notified of any changes to the payment terms, price or charge frequency by email (the address provided when subscribing), at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

5. Consent validity period

This consent is valid from the moment of subscribing until cancellation by the User (via the page gid.trely.io/en/bali/cancel, via a link in the charge notification email, or through support), or until the Service Provider ceases to provide the service. Cancelling the subscription automatically terminates this consent and any further charges.
