Public Offer for the provision of "Trely Guide" services

This document is a public offer of Individual Entrepreneur Burlaka Andrey Vadimovich (hereinafter — the "Service Provider"; INN 665897286515, OGRNIP 325665800169873, address: 620028, Russia, Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Sinyaeva St., 8, apt. 111) and contains all material terms for the provision of the "Trely Guide" service. The Offer is accepted by subscribing and paying on the website gid.trely.io.

1. Subject

The Service Provider grants the User access to the digital service "Trely Guide — Bali" — a personal digital guide to the island of Bali with an AI assistant, a database of places and services, hand-picked collections and routes (hereinafter — the "Service"), on a one-time payment basis with perpetual access.

2. Price and payment terms

• Access price when paying with a "MIR" card — 810 ₽ one time.
• When paying with Visa/Mastercard cards — $9.99 one time; conversion to the card's currency is performed at the issuing bank's rate at the moment of the charge.
• Payment is made by bank card via payment services (JSC "TBank" / Stripe). Card details are entered on the bank's secure page; the Service Provider does not store them.
• The amounts stated include all applicable taxes and fees.

3. One-time payment and access term

• Payment for the Service is one-time. No automatic (non-acceptance) charges are made, and card details are not stored for subsequent charges.
• Once payment is received, access to the Service is granted perpetually and requires no renewal.
• Nothing needs to be cancelled: there are no recurring charges.
• For subscriptions taken out before the switch to one-time payment, the Consent to Recurring Payments and the Subscription Agreement remain in force; automatic charges under them have been stopped and access remains until the end of the paid period.

4. Personal data

By accepting this Offer, the User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5. Refunds

The refund procedure and handling of user requests are set out in the Subscription Agreement.
