"Trely Guide" Subscription Agreement
Archived document. Since 27.07.2026 Trely Guide is sold as a
one-time payment with perpetual access — there are no subscriptions or automatic charges. This agreement is kept only for subscriptions taken out earlier: charges under them have stopped and access remains until the end of the paid period. Current terms are in the

This Agreement governs the terms of subscription to the "Trely Guide — Bali" Service, entered into between the User and Individual Entrepreneur Burlaka Andrey Vadimovich (INN 665897286515).
1. Total amount and currency
- "MIR" cards (₽): a fixed amount of 810 ₽ per month. This amount is full and final, includes all applicable taxes and fees, and does not depend on the exchange rate.
- Visa/Mastercard ($): $9.99 per month. The charge is made in US dollars; conversion to your card's currency is performed by the issuing bank at its rate at the moment of the charge, so the amount in RUB/other currency may vary slightly.
2. Charge frequency
- The subscription is renewed automatically once a month. Each charge extends access to the Service for 1 (one) calendar month.
- The first charge is made at the moment of subscribing; subsequent charges are made on the date the current paid period ends, on a non-acceptance basis (without additional confirmation).
- The User is notified of every successful charge by email.
3. Cancelling the subscription
- The User can cancel the subscription at any time in one of the following ways:
- After cancellation, automatic charges stop. Access to the Service remains until the end of the already paid period.
4. Refunds
To request a refund, please contact support via the details below. Refunds for unused periods are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation (including the Consumer Rights Protection Law). Refunds are issued to the same card used for the original payment within 10 business days of approval.
5. Changes to the terms
The Service Provider notifies the User of any changes to the price or terms of the subscription by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the new terms; if the User disagrees, they may cancel the subscription.
